Rates:
Rates are quoted subject to change without prior notice. Rates
quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.
Rates are valid throughout the year except for long weekends, school
holidays and during the Christmas & New Year periods. Rates
are per person per day and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax (VAT).
Deposit:
A payment of 50% of the accommodation charge is required upon receipt of
confirmation voucher. Receipt of deposit stipulated will
confirm booking. Lone Creek River Lodge reserves the right to sell
accommodation held, but not confirmed, to a cash purchaser. All
credit cards require a letter of authorization with signature to debit
the same. The balance of the account to be settled 14 days prior
to arrival.

American Express, Diners Card, MasterCard and Visa
Cards are accepted.
Smoking Policy:
Lone Creek River Lodge appreciates the preferred choices of all our
guests. For this reason no smoking is permitted inside the
accommodation units. All units have undercover areas where smoking
is permitted. The Restaurant, Wine Cellar and the Conference room are also smoke-free areas.

Items not included in the rates, but available on request, include:
- A 5-course Table d'Hote dinner
- Transfer to and from Kruger Mpumalanga airport
- Telephone, fax and email facilities
- Laundry
- Picnic baskets
- Guided horse trails
- Guided flyfishing tours
- Guided tours of the area and to the Kruger National Park
- Breakfasts and dinners for guests in the self-catering cottages
Arrival and Departure
Times:
Suggested arrival time is 14:00. Units must be vacated by 10:00
for the convenience of arriving guests.
Cancellations:
If a confirmed reservation is cancelled prior to the date of arrival,
then Lone Creek River Lodge reserves the right to follow the signed
cancellation policy.
Children:
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of
age in the River Rooms & River Suites, unless the Lodge is block-booked by the same group or family.
Children in such groups should be under strict adult supervision at all
times. Children of all ages are welcome in the Timber Lodges.
